On Big Brother, one of the most popular punishments is forcing the houseguests to eat Slop. Every season we see contestants horrified by the prospect of having to eat this generic foodstuff for an entire week. Now fans at home can see what they're missing out on by making their own Slop.

CBS posted a video by Chowhound revealing the ingredients and recipe for Big Brother Slop. There are only four ingredients (well, five if you count water). The base consists of steel cut oats, but there are various protein and vitamin/mineral mixtures added in to ensure that it's a viable dietary substitute for actual food.

Oats, whey and soy don't sound particularly appetizing, but if you're hosting a Big Brother 19 premiere party, a pot full of Slop would probably be an appropriate thing to serve.

Big Brother 19 premieres Wednesday, June 28 at 8/7c on CBS.
