NeNe Leakes is coming home to the show that made her famous. The 49-year-old reality star confirmed on social media that she will be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta for the upcoming 10th season.
Leakes has been on The Real Housewives of Atlanta since its conception in 2008. Following the first season, she co-wrote the book Never Make The Same Mistake Twice. She also transitioned into scripted TV as she was cast on NBC's The New Normal, playing the character Rocky Roades, and on the FOX series Glee as coach Roz Washington. She later joined the 11th season of The Celebrity Apprentice and competed in the 18th season of Dancing with the Stars. In 2013, she was given her own spin-off series I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding, which revolved around the preparations for her remarriage to husband Gregg Leakes.
After seven seasons of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Leakes decided to quit to focus on other projects. She briefly appeared in season eight as guest.
