Kandi Burruss is taking on the big screen this fall. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star recently gave her fans a glimpse of her new movie, Never Heard, where she plays a mother and drug addict named Tara.
The movie, which hits theaters later this year, revolves around a man struggling to escape his father's past mistakes and attempting to make things right with his estranged son in the present.
Aside from Burruss, Never Heard stars David Banner, Karrueche, Romeo Miller, and Master P.
This isn't the first acting gig of Burruss. The singer-songwriter has made cameo appearances on series such as Single Ladies, Thicker Than Water: The Tankards, Chef Roble and Co., and Let's Stay Together. She also appeared in the movie Make It Rain.
In addition to Never Heard, Burruss is also working on adapting her girl group Xscape's story into a biopic.
